I love new, high end clients…

I had the opportunity to service a new client today.

She wanted some carpeting, upholstery, and area rugs cleaned.

Through the process, she decided that she also wanted her T&G cleaned in the kitchen, formal dining room, butler nook, the laundry room, and rear entrance.

It went from a 950$ job, to 3500$.

We rescheduled 2 other small jobs, that didn’t really need to be done today, to another day.

Lesson Learned to always be ready for this situation.

I only hope to some day be in their position.

I am thankful for all I have learned through this journey, and am grateful for the tremendous trust people have in me and my company.

Yup great day, placed three full wand orders, sold four glides to you peoples and a wand manufacturer placed an order for 100 Hard Surface glides and 250 carpet glides.
Cleaned a military unit.
Dealt with a violated credit card, someone or some AI thing dinged me for $6100
Booked a couple cleaning jobs.
Cooked dinner.
Done.

Very nice. I never did that much $ in a day at a single house. Very motivating.

I have great respect for the 1%r's, however never wanted to be in their position. Over the years I went more towards feeling sorry for them. "They" probably respect such a kick ass carpet cleaner or any service guy that is All In

$950 to $3500, I only hope to one day be in your position.
