Orbot tile and brush

Has anybody had a problem with the orbot tile and brush ? After 12/15 cleans screws started wearing through base. For $325 I would expect a longer lasting base. Brushes still fine .

No issues for me. But maybe some washers would help.

just been told by excellent supplies that hos orbot did have a problem with the base so changed base material!

Well then - are they replacing it or is shake-o-matic replacing a defective part?
