My brother is buying my share of the business. So now I'm taking a job at the local university as a facilities manager. So Mike is just giving me shit.

I will have a janitorial staff to do the cleaning. I won't be doing any of the work, just making sure it gets done right. Coordination with vendors for events at the facility. They are busy with events year round.

I could retire but I really need to do something. My father worked every day up to weeks before cancer took him.

People need to be active, I need to be active or I get bored. I don't intend on ever retiring. Maybe in a couple of decades I'll feel different but right now I can still be a productive almost human being.
