Just got an email from a customer. Couch was cleaned about a week ago and left these streaks. We use avenge upholstery prespray and sapphire upholstery tool. I'm unsure of any details or fabric type etc for now as tech is off on vacation. Very rare for him to have a call back.

Looks like he missed cleaning those areas or didn't vacuum or groom the pile in the same direction. I would just rewet it and go over it again with the same process.

Pre-spray lightly, using water, and groom using a rolled sponge.

I'm with Mike, looks like tool marks. Maybe had a something get caught in a corner of the vac slot and didn't feel it.

Rewet and groom with a brush.
