Oahu is as beautiful as they get, but it's not found in the cities, rather the north and east shores

Kauai has the nicest and cleanest beaches.. Oahu's north shore has the cleanest water.. All I know is, it's not all that it's hyped up to be..

$20 per hr to work in HI? Damn. Id rather work in LA for that money. At least LA has great Mexican food. Not trying to be rude but whoever thought that add might work has probably lost touch with reality. Or they will get what they are asking for......A $20 per hr employee. No thanks. Not in my home. Covering expenses is likely a wash as the employee is living somewhere already. And at $20 per hour they certainly aren't covering many expenses at home. But maybe I'm wrong. Stanley Steamer is still in business after all.

Turns out the reason they need new workers is ICE kidnapped a whole crew.
Who were there for over two years "legally" but not US citizens, through a work program set up under the Biden administration, all of whom were good honest, hard-working people. They didn't hop a wall or swim there after all..
Very sad for those HUMANS looking for something better.
My sister in law leaves on Monday with a 90 day commitment.
I suspect they'll offer her a manager position quickly.
